Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed during promotions may take slightly longer to prepare.

Delivery times

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and chosen method. Any free-shipping offer and its minimum order value will be shown on the site.

Order tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow its progress.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we cannot redirect orders once shipped.
